Approved French e-invoicing platforms
Here is the full list, searchable, in English. These are every platform registered by the French tax authority (DGFiP) to transmit and receive electronic invoices — Plateformes Agréées (PA), the term that replaced "PDP". Your French customer has to be using one of them to receive invoices from 1 September 2026.

How to read this table
DGFiP status. If you see "Registered (provisional)", do not read it as a warning. It means the platform holds provisional registration — immatriculée sous réserve — pending completion of interoperability testing, which is the normal state for most platforms in 2026. "Awaiting interoperability tests" means that testing is still outstanding.
Formats. Factur-X is the French hybrid PDF/XML format; UBL and CII are the two XML syntaxes permitted by the European standard EN 16931; Peppol BIS is the cross-border profile used on the Peppol network. Before you build anything French-specific, check this: if you already issue Peppol BIS or UBL for other European customers, your customer's platform may accept it as-is. Why this list matters from 1 September 2026. Every VAT-registered business established in France has to be able to receive e-invoices through one of these platforms from that date, and large and mid-size French companies have to issue through one too. What this table cannot tell you. It will not tell you which platform a particular company uses. Only the official directory can do that — start from the company checker to get the SIREN you need for it.
